Global Solar - Returns & Refunds Policy

Our commitment is to provide you with high-quality solar panels, inverters, and lithium-ion batteries to meet your renewable energy needs. In case you need to initiate a return or seek a refund, please carefully read and follow our Returns & Refunds Policy outlined below.
Cancellation of Order:
You have the right to cancel your order within 5 days from the date of receiving the goods or when a third party, not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. Please email us at info@globalsolar.in to initiate the cancellation process.
We will reimburse you within 5 days from the receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns:
- The goods were purchased within the last 5 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our discretion.
Returning Goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Ship the goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to prevent loss or damage during shipment. Refunds will only be issued upon the actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
